How do I pay the workers sent by Dental Professionals?
We send you an invoice on a bi-weekly basis. You pay us an hourly fee for temporary workers depending on position and experience and a flat rate upon a successful hire of a worker. Contact us at 207-767-4851 to find out our current fee rates.
Am I able to use temporary help for less than a full day?
All temporary assignments require a minimum four hour placement.
After that you are only charged in five minute intervals. Please note, the four hour minimum will be charged if the client does not cancel directly with Dental Professionals via telephone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. However, if you do need to cancel within the 24 hour period, we will attempt to reassign that employee. If we can place that employee on another assignment, you will not be charged the 4 hour minimum payment.
How do I schedule a temporary employee for my practice?
All temporary assignments and working interviews are to be scheduled through the offices of Dental Professionals.

Friday – 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
After hours via call or text at 206-909-5723 (for emergencies only):
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday – 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.Saturday, Sunday – 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What obligates me to pay Dental Professionals a direct hire placement fee?
You agree to pay the direct hire placement fee if:
- You hire a temporary employee within 12 months after the last date the temporary employee worked at your office through Dental Professionals.
- You hire an employee after Dental Professionals provides you his/her resume or refers the applicant to you.
- If you refer a Dental Professionals temporary employee/applicant to another employer and that employee is hired within 12 months of the last date the employee worked for you through Dental Professionals, you will owe the direct hire fee.
Do I have more than one option to pay for the direct hire placement fee?
We offer you the option of either a direct hire placement fee or a temp to hire payment plan once you notify us of your intent to hire one of our employees.
What if the direct hire placement employee does not work out?
If a direct hire employee is not to your satisfaction, we will refund your placement fee less the temporary hour rate for any hours worked.
